flujo variable en el tiempo producido por una de ellas ocasiona una fuerza
electromotriz que se inducirá en la otra, se dice que constituyen un
transformador. En otras palabras, un transformador es un dispositivo que
implica bobinas acopladas magnéticamente. Si solo una parte del flujo que
produce una de las bobinas se enlaza con la otra se dice que las bobinas tienen
acoplamiento flojo y se puede decir que el transformador no es eficiente. Por
otro lado una importante aplicación de los campos magnéticos es el electroimán,
como lo indica su nombre un electroimán es un imán que funciona con
electricidad. Este está constituido por un hilo conductor enrollado en un

electrically insulated so that the time-varying flux produced by one of them
causes an electromotive force that is induced in the other, are said to
constitute a transformer. In other words, a transformer device is magnetically
coupled coils involved. If only part of the flow which causes one of the coils
is linked to the other coils are said to have loose coupling and can be said
that the transformer is not efficient. On the other hand an important
application of magnetic fields is the electromagnet, as the name implies an
electromagnet is a magnet that runs on electricity. This consists of a wire
